Newsflash: It wasn’t.
Restaurant had provided “sparkling fruit juice.”
Minus the sparkles, ie.bubbles.
And all those times you thought the wedding cake was real…
Newsflash: It wasn’t.
Aaron & I were faking cutting the restaurant’s polystyrene wedding cake. It didn’t even have a slot where we could realistically sink our knife into the layer, so we kind of vaguely scratched the “cake” here & there until the photographers were satisfied they had captured the requisite cake-cutting shot.
